Rose Petal Powder Recipes:
Facial Mask:
½ cup of rose petal powder
1 egg white (or yogurt / cream)
1 tsp honey (or rosewater)
Make a thick paste and apply all over the face & neck. Leave it on for 30 minutes, then wash with lukewarm water.
Add To Moisturiser:
Add a pinch of the petal powder & mix thoroughly into your moisturiser for a rose infused treat.
Hair Mask:
½ cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons of rose petal powder
1 tablespoon olive (or coconut oil)
Wet your hair & apply the paste, gently massage the roots of your hair & work your way down to the tips. Leave on for 1 hour & wash your hair with water.
Bath Soak:
Add ½ cup rose petal Powder to a warm bath for a mood lifting, skin nourishing soak.
Food:
Suitable to use as a natural food colourant, perfect for adding flavour & colour to icing / melted chocolate.
Drink:
1. Mix with warm milk for a gentle rose bedtime drink
2. Take ½ - 1 ½ teaspoon of Rose Petal Powder with one cup of warm water. Drink as a tea.
3. Add to a smoothie blend
