What are your delivery charges? 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. We charge £5.99 for Second Class Delivery. Orders over £50 have free delivery. If for any reason there is a delay in dispatch we will contact customers via email

What type of packaging do you use?

We aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible within our company. Where possible we try to use only environmentally friendly materials such as card, paper, kraft cardboard, wood wool, natural string and fibres, as well as other recyclable materials. We also try to reuse as much of the packaging we receive from our suppliers as possible. 

What is your returns policy? 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to do our best to help. You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. The item must be in its original packaging. Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or initial method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending upon your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
